So about 2 weeks ago I started this in hopes of losing 74 pounds. I'm giving myself a year to do it and only look at it in 10 pound goals. Anywho, I'm 5'5 1/2 and started out at 214.4 and am now at 207.5. They gave me a goal of 1,370 calories and some days that seems like too much, and others not enough. Keep your fingers…
