Hi, I'm new to the site and I definitely need some motivational friends! Last year I lost 16lbs on my own but gained back 10 over the summer. I'm aiming to lose the 10 pounds first so I can be back to a normal BMI but ultimately I want to lose 30 and run in a Zombie 5K challenge (and survive!) Thanks! Dexlar
