HELP ME! Shifting from Weight Loss to Muscle Building
I am trying to shift from weight loss to muscle building and I am totally confused! I figured out the "math" behind weight loss, and over the past year, I went from 197 lb. & 27% body fat down to 154 lb. & 16% body fat.
