traveling help
In about a month I will be traveling to go to a wedding, we will be gone about 2 days. I really don't want to eat out those two days, so I'm looking for us easy meals that I can take with me. We will be staying at a hotel, so we will only have a microwave to cook with. Any ideas?

Anyone have a pumpkin butter recipe that isn't high in sugar? Me and my kids love it in our oatmeal and someone suggested making it, but all the recipes are high in sugar something I try to avoid.

serving size
When you put in a recipe it will tell you how many calories per serving but how do you figure out the serving size? I usual guess on this but I afraid I may be eating more calories then I should, any advice.

when does the weigh lose slow down?
I have had a great first 3 weeks losing a total of 9 pounds. I so exicited about it but I know that soon the weigh lose has to slow down, about when did that happen for you?

new shoes
I need to go buy new shoes to work out with, I do a lot of walking in my workouts (walking away the pounds). So any suggestions? I want to spend no more then 100 dollars on them. The problem I have is I have wide feet, so its a bit harder to find ones that I really like, they feel great at the store then I get them home…

How often do you work out?
I was wondering how many days a week do you workout? I just started on here, and have been working out every day, I'm not sure I would be with in my calories if I didn't. I've always heard you need at lease one day of rest, I'm just worried about the calories on the day I don't workout.

when did you see start to see result?
I steped on the scale today, and I'm down 5 pounds but honestly I don't see a different. I wasn't expecting big results but I thought maybe a little loser pants or something. So when did you start to see results?

how do i chage my starting weight?
I've lost four pounds but my ticker is only saying 1. I want it to show the other 3 pounds too, but couldn't figure out how to change it.

I'm horrible about not eating my calories but drinking them. I'm big on sweet drinks like pepsi, sweet tea and coffee. Recently I decided to give up the pepsi and sweet tea but I can't give up coffee. So whats you one thing you can't give up?

Where do you workout at? Me and my husband are debating a gym membership so I thought I would get a second opion. Which one do you workout at home or gym and how much have you lost?
