Sinus Pain while exercising
Anybody else get sinus pain while exercising? This is a new thing for me. It feels like someone is shooting cold air into my sinus cavities and It hurts enough to make me stop. I have exercise-induced asthma (so I use an inhaler before starting), but, again, I have never had this problem and I'm stumped. Any suggestions?
