I'm back....
I used this app back in Dec 2011 - Feb. 2012 and lost 30+ lbs. I've put on about 5-10lbs since I quit using it and now I'm back and looking to finish my original goal and get down to around 155lbs. Obviously, the diet part of that is important, but adding exercise and working out is just as important.

Just curious if any shops at Trader Joe's...I've been there a couple of times, found some really good granola & cereal bars. Just looking for other items to try. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

KS Guy - New & Optimistic
I just recently began using this application on my mobile phone. It looks as if it would help quite a bit, just keeping track on what you have consumed and workouts, etc. Anyhow, I'm hoping to lose 50 lbs or so, that would put me back at my high school weight or close to it.
