So, I will began excercising next week my schedule will allow me to workout 3 days a week. My excuses for not working out was I cannot afford to go to a GYM.. But, I have a free gym @ work so Im gonna DO IT ! 3 days a wk 1 hour! Wish me luck !
:smile: I am new to the site I just downloaded the app to my android and I have already began tracking, my goal is 60 lbs. I was 1/2 way there and then I became comfortable and gained most of it back:( So do you guys find this helpful ? This is my first time actually tracking what I eat
