I lost 15 pounds since Saturday, I'm concerned?
I just starting dieting last Saturday & have only been eating around 1,800 calories a day w/ hardly any exercise right now. I was 255 pounds, & now I'm 240 this morning. I'm 5'11 & 21 years old. I know the 1st week you're suppose to lose quit a bit, especially if you're obese, but I'm wondering if I'm eating too little…
