Hello, My daughter encouraged me to join MFP. I started walking at the end of June this year with my hubby; we joined a gym in October. 30 pounds gone so far, but a long way to go: 114 pounds need to come off. Anyone else have this far to go? Come a long way? Looking forward to connecting!
