NSV - I am finally overweight!
Yes, you read correctly, I am finally overweight …… and no longer obese! After 15 years of pilling on the blubber, and carrying an extra load of 75 lbs, I was finally able to turn it around and lose some of it, and get myself below the obese level. Thanks to all of you for your continued support, and inspiration.

Etc For me, the answer is none of the above. Even with MFP, it is still difficult for me to watch what I eat, and exercise is not the most exciting thing under the sun.…
