I hope this isn't a stupid question. I few times a week I've met my calorie goals but have hunger pangs before bed. I don't want to eat therefore I drink some water and go to bed. Thoughts? Thanks!
Just started myfitnesspal today, but downloaded the app a long time ago apparently. So far i really like it. I was going to keep a food journal in a spiral notebook until I found this app on my phone. Too Cool!! I would love some tips about being on here. Thanks! Angel
