Has anyone tried the BIGGEST LOSER club?
I was looking into joining the club, it costs $19.98 per month. But I'm wondering if it's worth paying that each month or is sticking to MFP sufficient? If anyone has tried it, please let me know. I'd love to know the pros and cons before moving forward. Thanks! :flowerforyou:

Low Calorie FILLING foods
I'm looking for foods that are low in calories but also filling. Any suggestions? I've gone over my daily calories because some high calorie foods seem to take up such a huge chunk. I'm a newbie. Any and ALL help would be great. Thanks! :flowerforyou:
