I'm so confused on which direction to go. I've noticed that on MFP, my daily calorie intake is around 1400 and WW points are 26. Yet, they're not equal. My points are less calories than 1400. Sugar and Weight
Is it true that when you eat clean and healthy for awhile and then one day give into a small amount of unhealthy sugar (ie. chocolate peanut butter cup), your body will hold on to it?
