63 pounds down!
Well I decided to go ahead and post a couple of pictures of my success so far. I started on December 5th at 386 pounds and today weighed in at 323.4. I started out mostly in the gym but now I do Zumba 4-6 times a week and am addicted! I still have a long ways to go but proud of what I have accomplished so far!

I have lost the equivalent of a sperm whale's brain and an average human brain! Strength Training..I'm clueless..Help?!
I mostly do cardio at the gym and have done some weight lifting but I'm trying to get into a routine now and I'm clueless on what/how I should be lifting. Do I do upper body one day then lower the next? And what are some of the best things to do for fat burn? Are there any good websites with this info? Thank You!!!!

Just curious as to what your calorie goals are and what weight you are at? I started at 386 pounds and was eating 1800/day After losing 30 pounds I am now down to 1600. Just curious...

Minus 30 pounds
I didn't plan to post any during pics but I think I notice a difference in just about 30 pounds. I defnitely know my pants are baggy. I started December 5th in a size 28 and some 30 and now I'm between 24 and 26 in pants.
