Can I even lose 2 pounds a week?
I am really confused as to all of this BMR, TDEE, calories deficit business! I am 18 years old, 5"1, 129 pound female. For the most part I am sedentary, and do cardio every weekday, burning roughly 500 calories every time. I want to lose 2 pounds a week, but I don't know how many calories I should be eating. Help anyone?
