Protein shake for breakfast good or bad?
I usually don't eat breakfast which I know is really bad so ive been having a protein shake(just water & powder) but have seen both good and bad things about having protein shakes & now im not sure weather it is good or bad to have protein shake for breakfast and how it will affect my weightloss?

Never really exercised...how much/what should i be doing?
I've never really exercised (even when I was slim) but now I really want to loose weight after having a baby but have no idea how much exercise or what exercise I should be doing to loose weight? And is it better to start off light and gradually increase or go straight into a lot of exercise??

Hi im 24 and have finally decided to get off my *kitten* and try loose weight after having my first child...my initial goal is to loose 20kg..just started to use MFP more so would love friends in same situation or that cab give support, tips, advice etc.
