When we go to Wendy's, I get a large chili. It's 340 calories and a filling lunch. My children get nuggets or a cheeseburger with fries and apples. And I usually get 2-3 fries out of their bag. I'm pretty good at only eating 2-3. But how in the world am I supposed to count the calories? How many fries come in a value fry?
I just bought a fitbit b/c of the ease of use with MFP. But now I'm wondering if there's another type of monitor out there that may work better. Is there a good comparison chart?
I really don't like cheese in my salad. It's 70 calories with the cheese. If I take out the cheese, how much do you think the side salad would be?
