Need some help guys! I woke up last sunday with really bad pain in my right knee on the left side, and right below the knee! It still hurts really bad, and tender to touch.... Anyone know what this cold be??? I worked out sun-wens but not thurs-today is the going to affect my weight loss progress??? I never even new I hurt…
