Hey guys im 5'4" 128 and looking to be around 105 this summer anyone else achieved a similar goal?
Hi all Im 5'4" 128 pounds I want to be 105 (just like brit was in 2001) I have mini goals though: goal 1: 120 goal 2: 115 goal 3: 109 goal 4: 105 I hope to motivate all of you and the same :)
