Thanks for reading. Here's my problem. I use a fitbit ultra. Love it. But I have recently started carrying a 25lb dumbell in a backpack when I walk. I'm not sure how to record this without double recording my steps because of the fitbit. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
How do you handle it? Eating-wise? Exercise-wise?
