Does following the suggested calorie guidelines of MFP work? If I was to do nothing but eat under the recommended calories to lose two pounds per week, would that happen?
I've tried WW several times and HCG with VLCD. I lost weight with each attempt, however I never stick with it. I am looking for support. I am a young girl who is unable to work. So, online communication is a big part of my life. We can do this together.
