I didn't realize how hard it would be.
So I just did The 100 workout which is: 100 jumping jacks 90 crunches 80 squats 70 leg lifts 60 jumping jacks 50 crunches 40 squats 30 leg lifts 20 jumping jacks Then running for 10 mins I got to the first set of squats and couldn't go any farther . Even the jumping jacks were hard!! Will it get easier or is it going to…
