1st, GO TRIBE!!! I'm restarting MFP today. Reset my weight loss date so I'll see new progress. Plan on gym or cardio everyday possible. Would like other people on my list for motivation. Lastly, GO TRIBE!!!
I was curious about how many people have lost a spouse and are getting back in shape as part of how they are working on their grief. It took me about 6 months to get the habit and actually crave healthier living. I wouldn't turn down anyone's friend requests though.
