My whole exercise routine so far has just been 30 minutes of walking every night. On my walk tonight, I had to continuously pull my sweat pants up. Another week or two like this and I might have to buy a new pair.
Started a 3 month contest with some family members, but it's more of a life style change for me. My starting weight was 399.8. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, but I was shocked at how heavy I had become. I quit smoking October 27, 2011, and February 1st was the first day for my new weight loss journey.
