I have been consistently following my calories and exercised 4 times a week since I started to diet Jan 24th. Lost 102 lbs before, but have gained back 49 lbs of it. I used a different calorie count website and had great results. But I learned that I have to stay accountable, no matter what life throws at me. Aiming for 175 lbs.
