I lost over 70 pounds about 3 years ago and I gained some back. After my father passed away in January with heart failure I decided to make a change for the good. I started at 270 and I am down between 235-230. I have alot of extra skin and not sure I am doing the right exercises. I do belong to the gym. Can someone help?
