Shin Splints
I have been doing 2 miles on the treadmill 5-7 days a week for about 2 years now. I alternate walking and jogging. I upped my mileage to 2.10 miles and jogged a little more on Monday and now I have shin splints. I so don't want to stop excersing because then I really have to cut back on what I eat.
