I seem to be lacking when it comes to having protein in my diet. However during lunch and dinner i can get it in there some but i would like to be able to have it balanced across all meals. Any suggestions on how to get protein in my diet at breakfast? By the way: I don't eat eggs. :( so that as an option is out completely.
