Hi everyone. Going on my third week of crossfit and am really enjoying the challenge. What can I expect as the weeks progress such as milestones, etc...? I'm taking baby steps to becoming stronger and joined this group for the support and encouragement. So far just reading everyone's posts has been so motivating.
