Hey Friends! Just wanted to share that I found this awesome app on my IPhone. Nike Trainer (its free) It breaks down 30 min workouts! It has to get lean, to tone, and to build muscle with video examples in case your not familiar with the workout! :smile:
What do you guys think about the Nike Fuel Bands or should I just stick with a heart rate watch?
