My family and I are on a camping trip this week and I decided I was not going to have a rest week. I ran today around the country side and ended up running 10.3 miles in 1:50 mins. 5K NSV
Yesterday was my 2nd annual 5K with 2 of my good friends. We ran it last year in 32:48 total 10:34 minute miles. Yesterday we did it in an unofficial 26:57 at a 9:02 minute mile pace. I still can't believe I'm running. :laugh:

Night time snack
What do you think is the best snack to have if your hungry and hour or so before you go to bed? I usually have a serving of Emerald coco almonds and a lo fat yogurt, or an apple and sting cheese. Any other ideas so I can mix it up alittle?

2 years and about 80 lbs
