frustrated and confused
Hell everybody! At the beginkng of Jan I decided to get my butt in gear to loose 50 lbs as I'm getting married in Oct. I'm on a 1200 calorie a day diet, and go to the gym at least 4x a week. Ill burn anywhere from 500-700 calories. Its been a month and the only result I have is bloating and weight gain! I don't understand…
