Has anyone been unsuccessful on a LCHF diet? I have been doing low carb, (about 20 grams or less a day) for 2 weeks now, and not only have I not lost weight, but have gained 2 lbs!?! What gives? Has this ever happened to any of you? What am I doing wrong?
Is too much protein a bad thing? I always seem to be over by 20 - 30 grams for my daily allowance by the end of the day...
Would love to know what everyone's favorite low calorie or low fat snack is to help ease those cravings. I am a BIG popcorn lover and found that the individual 100 calorie bags are not that bad at all and satisfies me!!
