Protein Powder
Hey - Does anyone use protein powder? If so, what brand and how do you use it? I never have time to cook and eat breakfast. So, I was thinking of making smoothies in the morning and add protein poweder (with my new ninja blender!) on my way out the door.

Food Diary Settings
What setting do you have for your food diary and why? Mine is currently private because I fear being judged. Although, I'm thinking about opening it up because maybe that will make me feel more accountable.

Good Motivator
My youngest (10 months) was in bed when my husband and I did Insanity last night, but my oldest (3 years) was still up. He played in the dining room while we did the DVD. Coffee Drinkers
Hey all - I drink one or two cups of the coffee in the morning and I always use 3-4 TB creamer because I can't stand the taste of black coffee. Those creamer calories add up quickly! I've tried to add only 1-2, but then the coffee tastes too strong. What do you use to sweeten your coffee? ~Becca
