Born in 1967 in Georgia. Menopause is playing havoc with my body and I continue to struggle with weight loss. I work full time as a self employed residential appraiser. I guess that covers the basics. I'm not terribly good at this sort of thing.

Primal/Paleo Diet?
I've been researching for about a week not so much on "diets" but on totally overhauling the way that I eat. I have researched more heavily on the Eat Clean diet as well as the Paleo diet.
