i cannot figure out how many calories i should be eating!
i walk for a half hour every day on my lunch i burn about 100 calories. after work i run/walk on the treadmill, i do three miles and i burn around 265 calories. i try and run around with the kids too so i burn some here and there with that. but i have NO clue what my food and calorie intake should be. MFP puts me at 1200…

i have been reading the book "lift like a man look like a goddess" and I am looking over some of their meal plans to keep my calories up on the days that I will start lifting and even the days that i dont lift.
