Hello.. Just started yesterday
I'm a 37 year old mother of 2 . My goal is to be fit by the time I'm 40. Acording to this site, I am at a healthy weight at 140 lbs (I'm 5'5") , but since I was always pretty thin , it feels fat to me. I want to be back around the 120-125 lb range, and be lean again.
