Let's see before and after's that are less than 10 pounds. We tend to think that before and Afters need to be at our goal weight, but we can see a difference even less than 10 pounds in. Here is a picture of me at -6 pounds.

8 weeks to lose 4lbs, but gained 2.5 lbs in 1 week?!
