Advice - Am i Eating enough?
Hi, I'm hoping that you could offer me some advice. I am allocated 1750 calories per day to lose 1 1/2 lbs per week. Recently i have been limiting myself to 1500 calories and burn about 1000 calories 3 times a week at the gym and i also walk 30 mins x2 per week day (but don't count these). I lost 10lbs in the first week…
