What Should My Intake Be..?
HI All, Pretty new to this and only just discovered the forum etc so please be gentle :) On the app I have set to lose 2lbs per week this has given me a calorie target of 1570 (I'm 6ft, 34 86kg) Should I add on my daily exercise calories to this total, ie 400 burnt off at gym = 1570 + 400 = 1970 to eat ?
