I finish phase 1 of insanity tomorrow and wondered if the recovery week is important as I'm tempted to do pure cardio and cardio abs all week instead
After completing 2 weeks of insanity already lost 6lbs what is everyone else's results
Just done my 3rd day of insanity and absolutely loving it, it's hard work but the feeling of completion after each programme is great, already looking forward to tomorrow. Anyone else at the moment started it?
