48 with kids in college - time for me!
I'm 48 and both my kids are now in college and out of the house (at least for now). I've decided this is my chance to finally do something for myself. I LOVE this site. It has totally helped me figure out my daily caloric intake and helps me monitor my weight loss. I started Jazzercising too at the same time. 4 months now…
