late night binges...
Does anyone else have this problem? I do great all day and will go to the gym, then I either stay up and eat or wake up in the night and eat. Cereal is my 'drug' of choice. I can't have just one bowl though, it's 2 or 3. I've lost over 70lbs so far and the past 2 months I've been letting this get out of control. Any ideas…
