NSV Arm Definition!
So, I was kidding around with my husband today and I flexed. Husband said, "Oh my gosh you have arm muscles!" So I had him take a picture and I was pleasantly surprised. The scale is moving slowly but this definitely helps me maintain my motivation :)

Tired of looking like the "pitty date"
My husband is a very my muscular veteran (usmc) and I feel like when we go out in public people look at us like he "married down" My husband tells me that this couldn't possible be true but I don't think he knows how amazing he is:/ Anyone else ever feel like this?
