I work in the schools and eat early in the morning.....sometimes I am hungry within an hour of eating...suggestions on what to eat in the morning so i am not sooo hungry
I have put on 30 lbs in the last 3 months. Some of the weight gain is ( i hope) from steroid shots i needed for back pain and some is just from poor eating( depressed and frustrated from not being able to exercise. I am so disappointed i have put back on my weight.....any good tips to help me jump start my weight loss…
