Looking to buy some new running shoes. Beginner at running. I usually get bad shin splints. I have a way to get Brooks at a great deal so I want to take advantage! So, which ones?
Does anyone here do the KettleWorx workouts? I'm wondering if I need to increase my kettle bell weight before I finish the full six week regimen. Some of the exercises, I feel like I may need to use a heavier weight but on other exercises, the one I use seems good. I don't want to bulk up at all.
