I am a 34 year old grandmother who is experiencing extreme empty nest syndrome. I lost around 50 lbs last year and hope to lose another 50 or so this year. I have vowed that instead of crying and eating my sorrows away, I will exercise them away. Your prayers and friendship are needed. :)
