quick general question
I set up my profile and put I led an sedentary lifestyle. Currently I exercise everyday except Sundays.. Would I change this? I get at least 45 min of some type of exercise per day.

Calories burned during strength training?
I added the machines I used at the gym, reps, sets, etc. How do I figure the calories burned for this? It didn't change my burn after added. Thanks!
