I'm 49 & my daughter is 18 with type 1 diabetes
Hi! I am trying to loose weight and I'm trying to help my 18 yr old daughter who has Type 1 diabetes. We both have at least 30 pounds to loose. I'm looking for any help, any group, any suggestions. Thank you for your help, Judy :flowerforyou:
