Swimsuit Shopping
I'm a swim instructor, and my season is starting up. I knew I needed a new suit, and a few new tools for my classes, so I went shopping today. Last year I wore a 38, and this year I got a 34!!!! I went down two sizes! Woo hoo!

W7 D1: Done!
So I've already posted about how I run at a turtle's pace. I've decided to be absolutely fine about this. I'm still going slow, but I'm also steady. Today I ran for 25 minutes, only stopping once because of a stoplight. I went 2.43 miles in 36 minutes! The furthest I had gone before was 2.12. Yippy skippy!
